Community Manager

Martha Rincon serves as the Property Manager at The Pines, bringing over three years of dedicated property management experience to her role. Her expertise has made her an invaluable asset to NuLeaf Properties. In her capacity as Property Manager, Martha, alongside her team, ensures a seamless transition for new residents seeking a place to call home. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of duties, including overseeing day-to-day operations, collecting rent, supervising inspections, maintaining the property, and filling vacant units.

Martha's background as a customer service specialist paved the way for her career as a leasing agent with major corporations in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham. Her commitment and competence have been consistently recognized by her previous employers, underscoring her professional excellence and dedication to the field.

Community Manager

Olivia Edwards currently serves as the Property Manager at Maple Creek, Twin Oaks and Delbert apartments. Olivia’s role as Property Manager includes conducting inspections, addressing resident concerns, maintaining the property and its day-to-day operations. Olivia worked in the Public Safety field for many years and transitioned into Property Management four years ago. 

Olivia always strives to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.  Olivia has a great passion for helping others and serving the community. Olivia loves to craft and read in her spare time. Olivia is excited to be a part of the team here at NuLeaf Properties.
